We'll reschedule your service at no additional cost due to inclement weather. We'll contact you to arrange the next available service date.
Do I need to be home during service?
No, you don't need to be home. We just need access to your yard. We'll send you a 60-minute arrival alert and a completion photo when we're finished.
How do I cancel or modify my service?
You can cancel anytime with 7 days' written notice. For service modifications or temporary holds, just give us a call or send an email.
